Clean the acrylic/rubber/stainless steel with a mild vehicle soap and warm water, applying gently with a soft microfiber cloth. Rinse thoroughly and wipe dry with a clean microfiber to prevent streaks and preserve finish. For any mirrored finish, use fresh microfibers and rinse out thoroughly, ensure clean water.
Do Not Use:Avoid harsh chemicals, solvents, bleach, or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the stainless steel surface, rubber inlay, and doming material. Do not use steel wool or rough pads that may scratch the finish.

At Whiplash Designs LLC, we stand behind the quality of the products we offer and want our customers to feel confident in their purchases. All Whiplash stock products are covered by a limited warranty for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. This warranty ensures that products are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a product is found to be defective within this period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the item or issue a refund. Please note that this warranty does not cover issues caused by misuse, accidents, alterations, normal wear and tear, or improper installation. If a problem arises after installation, and it is determined to be related to installation rather than product quality, warranty coverage does not apply. However, we encourage customers to contact us in these cases so we can review the situation and determine if there is any way we can assist.
Whiplash Designs custom products, while not eligible for returns, are also covered under a limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship for thirty (30) days from delivery. As with stock products, issues resulting from customer-provided specifications, improper installation, misuse, or alterations are not covered under warranty. If a manufacturing defect is identified within the warranty period, we will work with the customer to repair or replace the product. If installation-related problems occur, coverage does not apply, but we encourage customers to reach out to us so we can review the circumstances and offer potential solutions.
BTS Lighting products, Alpha Series products, and Diode Dynamics products are covered by their own manufacturer warranties. Any warranty claims or issues with these items must be handled directly with the respective vendor. We will provide customers with contact details and guidance if needed, but warranty resolution and service are the responsibility of the manufacturer.
All warranty requests must be initiated within the coverage period by contacting either Whiplash Designs LLC or the original vendor (for BTS Lighting, Alpha Series, and Diode Dynamics products). Proof of purchase and photographs of the affected product may be required to verify the claim. Our liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product, as determined at our discretion or by the vendor where applicable. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and replacement items will be shipped using standard ground service.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. It does not cover incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to costs of removal, reinstallation, or loss of use. By purchasing from Whiplash Designs LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this warranty policy.

At Whiplash Designs, LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we strive to make our return process clear and fair. Whiplash stock products may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery, provided they are unused, uninstalled, and in reasonable resalable condition. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Custom products from Whiplash Designs are considered final sale. Because these items are built to order and tailored specifically to each customer, no returns or exchanges are accepted for custom designs, except in the rare case of a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
Products from BTS Lighting, Alpha Series, and Diode Dynamics may also be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery if they remain unopened and in their original sealed packaging. These returns are subject to a ten percent (10%) restocking fee, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
All returns must be initiated by contacting our customer service team for a Return Authorization before sending items back, as unauthorized returns may be refused. Products will be inspected upon receipt, and any items that show signs of installation, modification, damage, or missing parts will not qualify for a refund. Shipping charges, both original and return, are non-refundable, and approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within five to ten business days of processing.
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different product, you may initiate an eligible return and place a new order. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within seven (7) days of delivery and provide photos of the product and packaging. In such cases, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
